DELIVERY

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 96 hours (4 working days) from the confirmation of your payment. The estimated delivery times generally range from 3 to 5 days following dispatch. Please note that these durations are estimates and can vary based on the courier service's operations. Delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch and depend on the efficiency of the chosen courier service.

Please understand that delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country are beyond our control. As such, we cannot be held accountable for such delays.

International orders are sent on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means customs duties, taxes, and any other charges levied by your country are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to bear any and all additional charges as per your country’s customs policies.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ON PACKAGE DELIVERY

Once an order has been dispatched, ARFA VEIL's responsibility for the package ends, and the responsibility shifts to the courier service. In the event that a package goes missing, is marked as delivered but has not arrived, or encounters any other delivery issues, it is crucial for the recipient to contact the courier service directly. As these situations are outside our control, ARFA VEIL cannot undertake the resolution of issues that arise after dispatch, including lost or misdelivered packages. We provide all necessary shipping information and assist with the initial tracking of your order, but the courier service will have the most current and detailed information regarding your package’s status and location.
