Refund and Exchange Policy

At Arfa VEIL, we are committed to crafting modest clothing that not only meets high standards of beauty and modesty but also prioritizes the quality and satisfaction of our customers.
All Sales Are Final
We would like to remind our valued customers that all sales made through Arfa VEIL are final. Refunds are not available on purchases. This policy is essential to maintaining the integrity and quality of our products.
Exchanges for Size Issues
We understand the importance of a perfect fit. Therefore, Arfa VEIL allows for exchanges in the event of size-related issues, under the following terms:
- Exchange Request Timeframe: Customers must submit exchange requests within 7 days of receiving their item.
- Stock Availability: While we do not reserve specific stock for exchanges, customers wishing to exchange an item for a different size may do so, subject to availability. If the desired size is unavailable, we will communicate alternative options.
- Shipping Fees & Duties: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning the original item to Arfa VEIL and for the shipping fees for the replacement item. Returns must be shipped Duty Paid (DDP) to avoid incurring customs or duty fees on our end.
- Restocking and Handling Fees: A 10% restocking and handling fee will be applied to the total price of the items being exchanged, covering the costs associated with processing exchanges and restocking items.
- Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for an exchange.

Shipping and Handling for Returns and Exchanges
Please securely pack and return items with a trackable shipping method. Arfa VEIL is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Initiating an Exchange
To start the exchange process for an item that does not fit, please contact us through Instagram @arfaveil or email admin@arfaveil.com with your order number, the item(s) for exchange, and the desired size. We will provide detailed instructions for returning your item and information on the availability of your requested size.
